hi Liz

GT 2 is easiest of them all! Your chance of SVR is superb. You doc might even shorten your therapy if you are UND @ 4th week VL test to 12-16 weeks!

don't give up, it's managable, first few weeks are hardest, as time goes by u get used to it.

best

Hi and welcome Elizabeth,

Be thankful you've got Genotype 2 and you'll probably only do 24 weeks, and have an excellent chance of SVR. Take a panadol 2 hours before the Peg. injection, drink plenty of fluid , and rest when you can. You'll feel better when you get your 4 week VL test and it will show the virus is Undetected. Struggle on, we're here to help and support, and we know what you're going through. Good luck.
