Thank you everybody!!

And the doctor did say it should only take 6 months. I'm very happy about that.
Just can't wait to hit the road running and get it over with so I can enjoy my little boys and my hunting and fishing!

Thank you so much mallani!!

I have used a few other Hep C forums, and all I'm getting is "GET A SECOND OPINION YOUR DOCTOR DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE'S TALKING ABOUT DON'T TAKE THOSE HORRIBLE DRUGS EDUCATE YOURSELF DON'T START TX NOW YOUR DOCTOR DIDN'T TELL YOU EVERYTHING" type responses which has been very discouraging.

Thank you so much for your kind remarks. I am looking forward to getting through tx and feeling better when its over!

Hi Kayla,

Good luck with triple! At your age, hopefully you won't have too many side effects.  Use the Search button to find fatty foods that you will need to eat with the Incivek.  We are here to answer any questions you may have. After 4 weeks, you will have another Viral Load test, and that will give a good indication of how treatment is going. You should do well. Cheers.

Hey everybody, its been several weeks since I've been on!

So I saw my GI specialist on Tuesday. I am going to start triple therapy with Incivek. Insurance takes from 1-21 days to come through, and my medications will be delivered as soon as that happens.

Excited, nervous, ready!
