Hey JT, do you have any blood test or biopsy results that you can share with us? Knowing that information will help us understand your condition, as well as progress through treatment.

I was about your age when I first did treatment and I barely had any side effects. I think with you being young that you will be able to breeze through. The medicine today is much more promising. I'll be doing treatment again in January sometime. You're never alone on this forum :)

Hi Jordan,

It is good you are treating straight away, you are young and your body can reverse some of the damage to your liver if and when you achieve SVR. Good luck :D x

Sorry to hear the news JT. The fortunate thing and there is one, is that you are young, have a relatively low viral load and most of all you have been diagnosed at a good moment in time. The new drugs on the market now and certainly the treatments in trials, are offering the best chances to beat this disease that have ever been offered. I hope you grasp the positives and give treatment your all. I have every belief that you will beat this, just as we all do! This forum and the people that make it the success it has become will help you through this. Good luck and stay in touch!
