Looks to me that while Sofosbuvir is scheduled for approval by the US FDA, until the same consideration is given in the EU, there will be consideration made to its compassionate use in patients that have severe disease with no options using existing treatments. I'm sure others will have additional thoughts as well. It's a good thing as far as I can tell!!

I´ve just found this new about sofosbuvir use in Europe. It´s really different from what you have edite about the approval of Gilead´s sofosbuvir in USA. What do you think about it?
