I get it Josh,,, I am a 3 but I am a 3a,,  my A2 ,F2, Is a good outcome, My doctor is smart, we did no biopsy before tx.   I think the insurance has to take recommendations of treatment from doctors that are real hep docs or epidemiologist like mine.  The lessor Dr's need proof.  That is how i got away with getting in line,getting tx. then looking at my liver.

 In hind site, having a epidemiologist as a hep doc has a disadvantage, I haven't seen him since the Ebola outbreak He has been busy.

  HCV Genotype 3a , now Psot-Tx was on S/riba. First VL was 5.8 mil on 7-5-13 then "und" at 3.8 weeks. 06/13/14 still und. off meds 3 days back on 7/29 Last pill 08/10/14 SVR+4

    well I found out today i am a F2... which what i projected ..... she said she was surprised but i think that was just negative hype then she says the bad news they may deny your TX because your livers not damaged enough like F3... I jokingly said i can fix that :)  ... she says Will see ... i gota wait till December I think thats 6 months post Drinking December 1st........

thats actually like 7 or 8 months I ask my FNP aka other doctor tommorow when i stoped drinking then ILL relay that back here then if it was sooner then i thought i will forward it to the gastro.....

UM.... as far as i know she said Sovaldi and Ledispevir could be in excess of 95 thousand  so more expensive then the sovaldi by itself... she said well if they dont approve the combo for you then we may go with the sovaldi triple therapy and i also said abbvie is comin out with thier 3D combo later too.... I may jump the gun and interogate my insurere on my own this is usaly not done but they may answer me or may not......  till then i will stop smoking cigarets and switch to a E-cigarete and start jogging ,working out , and try yoga.... im try to do all these things and eat HCV dissrupting fruits and vegetables... so there are no setbacks ... funny thing is i work for the state and have full ride state health insurance...  so i may persuade them to help me out ... regardless the virus is there i want it gone ... im loyal to the state pay the money :) i find beyond frickin rediculous that your not damaged enough to warrant state of the art care .... 

thats like sayin you have cancer but it hasnt spread enough yet ... what part of i have Hep C and i want the best tX you got to get rid of it do you not understand ... by giving me sub par TX 

you will potentialy run the risk of TX failure then iLL come back costing you more money to retreat me with stronger antivirals or differeent combinations.... pay 90gs 1 time or pay 150-200 gs

over multiple attempts not to hard to figure out.....  LOL the gastro says i should go to college i just laugh and say ya that would be nice.... then i questioned her background ......7 years mstr degree sumthn or other... i do good when i research stuff Hell you guys SCHOOLED me up big time on a lot of dos and donts of hep c.................. SO in clsoing i believe in my heart of hearts that i will get Sovaldi tripple combo or sumthing better...... untill then i shall make use of my waiting time to get in optimal health and shape :)  oh also i requested the full print out of the biopsy results said it would be 14 days ... so iLL post that when i get it im sure theres more info then F2..... I shall research what the full definition of Biopsy F2 means ....

 THANKS for taking the time to read this ... i shall chime in here and there like i always do I come here everyday :)
