AASLD Retreatment Guidelines

We've been discussing treatment guidelines and the fact that these guidelines are changing so rapidly they are difficult to keep up with. With that thought in mind, I located a fairly recent AASLD release that discusses the guidelines suggested for people that have failed previous treatment. As this information changes, we'll try to keep it current. Anyone with information and suggestions are invited to post it here.
