I found the UHC Specialty Pharmacy information and assume that they will class Harvoni as a Tier 3 medication. I had heard UHC had added it but clearly the Specialty Pharmacy doesn't have it listed yet. They have added Sovaldi to their formulary and when Harvoni is added, it will be listed here. http://uhcspecialtyrx.com/. Hopefully there will be some action on that in the near future. As Michaele mentioned, they have so many formularies, it may be listed on one and left off another. Call it frustrating to say the least!

Hi,  UHC handles alot of carriers. My part D coverage comes from a provider handled by UHC . Harvoni is not yet on the list of formularies covered by my provider . But I think if need is urgent enough they consider coverage. Im confused and to the point where I dont even want to think about it anymore.   Michaele

One member mentioned they were told it's listed on the  UHC formulary but there haven't  been any approvals yet.
