 I was reading the Hepatitis Central newsletter today and found some good information about foods to avoid if you have HepC. It's pretty basic stuff, but then I miss 'basic stuff' on a regular basis these days LOL.

+1 for no alcohol.  Avocado's and artichokes.  I even cook pasta in the same water I cook the artichokes in. This thread is making me hungry.

My liver loves fresh berries,cherries blueberries etc.almond milk w low sugar etc

 No no #1 is alcohol. Also, I don't even own a salt shaker any longer. Excessive salt is bad on a sick liver.
