Today is a great day to reflect on graces received.  Even though we all experience difficult situations, pain, loss, fatigue, and depression, I am very thankful that I can still value my blessings, rather than dwell in sorrow.  That's why I really like being here at this forum, because it motivates me to remain interested in others, as well as myself. And to really be optimistic and positive in my thoughts and in my heart, as this must help with healing.  I am thankful for members who take time to communicate, send messages, or even just say hello on the whiteboard, to a friend in the same situation.
