Hi there,

Good post. Looked at some of the tutorials from there before, not the ones related to HIV co-infection per say, but cruised some of the other ones. Great source of information if one has the ability to comprehend it all! Even this, helped me though, to think harder about other drugs choices and why - served as reminder for me that ledipasvir IS a NS5A that is NOT metabolized by the P450 system (as opposed to other NS5A's). Every little review helps me get a wee bit get closer to having any inkling of understanding of CYP3/4A actions/interactions/inhibitors/inducers and how drugs and RAV's interelate.
