Hi Dave - Welcome! This is a great place to be to talk to people who have already been thru it all, people that are on treatment and those who are waiting for treatment. I am on day 18 of Epclusa. So far the only side effects I have are very slight headaches every once in awhile. I do have brain fog and am tired, but I had that before treatment as well. What kind of side effects are you having? I think part of the reason that I don't have too many sides is that I drink a gallon of water a day. It's a lot, but it does make me feel better. It will get better as time goes on!

Hello Dave, welcome to the forum!

I`m glad you found us right at the beginning of your treatment with Epclusa, there are a small group of other members here who have also recently started the same treatment, and the side effects experienced do seem to vary from person to person.   What sort of side effects are you getting actually?

I`m sure others will be along to talk with you soon... you`ve found the right place for information and support and a great group of friendly people!  Do make sure you`re drinking plenty of water daily, enough to keep yourself well hydrated at all times, it really makes a difference while you`re taking such strong medications.

Wishing you all the best of luck!  smile
