Yes, very interesting. A similar approach is underway at Duke's Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center; genetically modified poliovirus for treating recurrent glioblastoma.

Way back before they even had the interferon and riba trials (which I was on) it was known that eating real organic yogurt would stimulate natural interferon. Before treatments the first time I ate organic yogurt I did get the feeling like my body was fighting off a cold or the flu.

In the past 20+ years I've watch it go from supplements, to real treatment trials, to long treatments that had a very bad svr rate, long hard treatments that had good svr rates to one pill a day with 99% svr.   BTW were coming up on Thanksgiving in the US. One more thing to give thanks for.

That is interesting. I notice that the introduction of this reovirus activates an immune response that causes the immune system release of natural interferons. I hope that interferon is friendlier than my interferon! It's encouraging to see research seeking these new types of treatments.
