An interesting article regarding fatigue, memory problems, metabolic disorders, and others, from an Iodine deficiency. Have you had your levels checked? We should all have our Thyroids checked for proper function. You may be surprised how many people aren't even familiar with it's purpose, or the need for Iodine in the diet for proper function.
