Hi Hillary!

I remember chatting with you a time or two. I joined the forum in 2013 and we witnessed some hard won battles together. I'm glad you're doing well and enjoying that wonderful family! We have both added to our list of ancestors since then, lol. I've been blessed with two grandchildren and wondered at the time we were going through treatment, if we'd get to live long enough to do so. We lucked out in both endeavors, the cure and extending our Christmas lists! A double win for many of us!

If you would like to regain your old account, let me know and I can reset your password and send you a PM with the information. Then you can change it to something you prefer. I've done that for quite a few members. I'm so glad you're back with your happy update! Stay well... smile

Such wonderful news! Those are some adorable little people you created!

It's really great to hear how people are doing post treatment, especially with such gratitude. That was a really tough time back then, wasn't it? I was quite a mess, and remain deeply grateful for the help I found here - and nowhere else.

Yes, the treatments are so much easier these days. They are often shorter and highly effective. Hats off to the pioneers.

Again, thanks for touching bases. It does matter. Keep up the wonderful work.

Big hugs to you, your babies, and your younger you.

Hellooooo to all of you! I was a member of this forum about 6 years ago. I forgot my login but wanted to check back with all of you! I was HilLaryOus I went through treatment and got through it with the help of all of you! I was so scared of what my future held, if I would ever be able to have kids or if my Hep C would come back. After my treatment my hair did fall out quite a bit. But I have 3 beautiful babies and we are all healthy and life is good! Treatment is hard but I have heard it's gotten easier?! I hope it has but honestly all of that was worth it either way. I read the things I used to post to this group and I just want to hug that younger version of me haha if that makes sense? I want to thank all of you for helping me through it. Honestly that whole year and even a little after is so cloudy for me I don't remember much but I remember those of you that took your time to reassure me! Hope all is well pic if my cute babies bc they were worth it!
