Just got my lab work back for this week and noticed that my monocytes are high at 17 (standard is 4- 12). Does this mean anything for purposes of treatment? Neutrophil slightly low too. Treatment Failed

My viral load has increased to 3000. Treatment has been discontinued. I am disappointed, but had a feeling when I had such a small decrease from 2 weeks to 4 weeks. I am still trying to take it all in at this point, but I wll be fine. I will update once I see my doctor to get some answers.
