OK, so I guess I can post in the "on treatment" section now ;)... yesterday I took my first daily dosages of riba and incivek and had my first shot in the evening. Except for waking up with a really ugly bitter taste in my mouth (which is still there), I haven't felt any other sx so far.

How fast do you feel the interferon effect?

I've heard that there is something about building up immunity to it? The reason I ask, is that as I get near the end of my 12 weeks- I seem to be having fewer sides? Or is 12 weeks just what they found to be optimal in the testing? Why not 10 weeks or 14?
