When do I start to feel an "itch" relief post incivek??

I have 4 days of incivek left and the past 2 weeks have been a torture. I don't sleep at all. My morning routine of drugs include: Zyrtec, Benadryl and Allegra and Benadryl and hydroxyzine at night. I see that people say that post incivek they feel worse with continuing itching. Is there ever a relief???...
