Hi ilovelife,  It's very exciting for me to read that your getting back into regular life again.  I'm sort of at the stage that it's hard for me to be completely sure that I will ever feel truly great again, but I also know that those are the drugs tallking, so I don't listen.  I agree about the inner calmness, I feel that in myself.  Take care, tysmile

Great news. From what I've read the 3 month is a very accurate test in predicting SVR.

Congrats on getting back to life.

Hi everyone, haven't been around for a long while, been getting back to the business of  living that I so missed while on tx. As a matter of fact I think the body groove on my couch is starting to disappear lol. My energy is back to pre tx, the only strange side effect I had post tx was a strange sound in my head, not unlike the sound of maraca's shaking in there for lack of better way of explaining this. It was in the back of the head, and it started happening after I weaned myself of the anti depressant. This also seems to be easing off. Not sure yet at this point if I will have any problems with my thyroid, going for another blood test on this tomorrow. I went for a complete exam with my gp around 3 weeks ago, and my tsh came back low. My nurse emailed today and said it was now high. (?)  Will soon figure out what this is about, but I am not worried about this. The good news, is I am still undetectable. The big test will be in 3 months from now.
I hope all is as well as can be in everyone's world. For those on tx, hang in there, there is an end to the way the chemical assault makes you feel.  I know I am so glad and very thankful to be done, and I couldn't imagine having to do it again. I'm also feeling very fortunate to have got on the protease inhibitor bandwagon...this third drug seems to have helped my case tremendously. One of the goods things that has come of all this, is that I have a calmer, more spiritual outlook on things.
A special big congrats to you Brenden for crossing the finish line!
Hugs to all....
