Hi Elizabeth,

It's so cool to hear your body is un-txing. Your story makes me long for summer, the beach I go to on Lake Michigan has a huge swing set. Funny thing, hardly ever see any kids playing on it. The kids nowadays are like, hanging out in the shade texting their friends and stuff. So the way I see it, somebody might as well make use of the swings.

I also long for the the the..... oh yeah,(ha!) clarity to come back in my head. Haven't been on tx all that long as you know, but starting to feel the effects. I sometimes start to worry if I will be able to continue to do my job correctly as tx goes on, but then I remember the 'one day at a time' thing.

Anyway, glad to see you out, enjoying nature and loving life.

Take care,
Randy

Hi Elizabeth,
That is so awesome to hear that you are feeling better!  The fact that you can get on that swing and feel some of that joy for life again is a real blessing.  Now, like you and everyone else, I want to go get on a swing and just reach for the sky!biggrin
    Take care, tysmile

Hi Elizabeth, how fantastic! biggrin  Good for you, you deserve every bit of happiness and fun you can get after the very difficult year you`ve had.  Go for it!  Sounds like a beautiful place where you`re living.

So pleased you`re feeling happier and I wish you every good luck with your recovery and outcome.  Sounds like you`re really starting to turn the  corner.

Thinking of you on that swing, keep going higher!

Love and all best wishes to you, Jill xxxx

(Now, where`s the nearest playground I wonder.............?!)

Hi Everybody

the last few days i have been feeling much happier and stronger..my skin is rehydrating , washed and brushed my hair today and barely any fell out, skin colour and fingernails all improving..i am living in Bibra Lake at the moment and walk every morning around the lake about 7 kilometers ,its really lovely .A flock of black ****atoos ,pink and grey galahsl live there amongst the trees. long neck tortuises as well ..but the lake is dry now and the creatures are dying.
Yes despite all the floods we have had .
I still have not made my way down south Denmark yet, as i just didnt expect to feel so tired after tx.
I love winter down there in the forrest..

On my walk around the lake yesterday i spotted the swings in the playground and just coldnt resist ..i went really high and it felt great.
a woman went past and muttered "you being a big kid "
if only she knew i have been suffering a year of meds to wait to feel like that..
i laughed and went higher...Lol

the best part of being post tx is the clarity that comes back ,then you become aware just how much the virus has been insidiously effecting you for some time .
Its a difficult time for all of us that are waiting for results,
being positive is all we have really..
i know my chances of being a winner in all this are not that high but there is still a chance ..............

be happy and play on the swings if you feel like it
love to yo all elizabethfloating.gif
