Ok i was able to take a nap. Burns in certains places Will take Zrytex! Thanks WDog

Don't scratch! It will feel amazing if you do but will set the itch demons loose! Take Zyrtek or Benedryl, but Zyrtek is less sleep-inducing. I found hydracortizone ointment to be better than cream. Cool baths and showers. Go to your doc if it spreads! :)
