Oh sod, really sorry to read this news Steve. cry  Don`t lose hope though, sooner or later your time will come when the next new med becomes available, and it will probably be much more effective too with a shorter tx time.

Thank you so much for bringing your fantastic sense of humour and fun to the forum, and for brightening all our days... we`ll be happy to see you posting anywhere you want to... just make sure you stay around!  smile

Take good care Steve, pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and be proud, you`re a real fighter.

Big hug to you, Jill xxx

Gutted waking up to this news.  You gave it everything you had.  Get strong and stay positive.  Be ready for the next chance to get rid of this once and for all.  The new drugs sound very successful. Thinking of you.

Love Jan x

Ahhhh crap.

Steve you are amazing.  They can take it all away and you still have an inspirational attitude.  I've heard the postive people have higher success rates of healing than those who don't.  If that's true you're definitely ahead of the game in this fight as you wait for the next weapon to be released in our fight.

Damn, damn, damn. My bestie is in the same boat--3x non-responder, cirrohis, 3A and not a candidate for current tx. She is staying positive and be patient waiting for new tx--You have a great attitude and the pic says it all!

finger - Copy.jpgThanks all, I will stay away from the "Newbies" Don't want to put them off. There are loads more good Apples in here than this Brown diseased old Pippin.

Sorry, should have read "Yellow" or soon to be :)

I will have to get matching Leathers.

Anyway a crop of an image to richly illustrate my feelings towards this pesky, persistant, Dragon. As I refuse to swear on Here.

Geez, Steve. I don't know how to respond. You have worked hard, survived a long treatment, and remained able to make a joke. So at least your attitude is good. I can only hope something new comes along for you to try. Bless you, man, and hang in there. If I hear of anything I'll try to send it along to you. Even when the news is not good, we are still heroes for putting up a fight.

Alan

Relapse, Non-Responder? call it what you like, but good news kids!!!

I'm back at the party.

VL Now 2290950 iu/ml

Log VL=6.38.

No further TX option for the moment here for type 3A.

At the moment is have only a 5 score on the Childs Pugh score which puts my Cirrhosis at Type "A"

My only real confusion is?

What section should I post in now?biggrinbiggrin

Well, there you are: 12 months of TX, 7 months waiting, and a big hoof in the Nads.

Life goes on.
