Welcome Isaldy. It can be very confusing and intimidating. Sorry to hear you relapsed. There are others on this forum. I just finished first tx, and now have that long wait to find out. 

I suspect the 5.42 is the log of your actual viral load. To calculate the VL, its 10 to the 5.52 power (10**5.42) or 263,000. Your last test probably had value of 6.10 somewhere on it, log(1275000).

Help!!! Treated last year and relapsed after TX Last Test result was 1, 275,000 Had another test done and it says 5.42 What does 5.42 even mean for HCV RNA?  I do not know how to decipher from millions to this 5.42?
