While eating the fat, I was hatin' it. I used coconut oil, ice cream, bagel and cream chesse, whatever, diet be damned. Since incivek I've lost 20 lbs and I'm feeling a lot better. It's only 12 weeks get it done and move on.

i've been eating the little chocolate mini donuts. they are loaded with fat, but i'm getting sick of them. peanut butter is pretty high in high in fat, i do that sometimes. lately i've been having french bread pizza at night. idk if you can have cheese or not, but 1 slice is 20 grams of fat. hot dogs are pretty high in fat. i think the pack i have is 15 grams for 1 hot dog. i will have a hot dog and some mac n cheese on the side. i kind of feel like i'm 7 again with my current diet.

My favourite route was honey roasted peanuts - they're not actually roasted, they're deep fried. Check the nutrition label and portion accordingly. I also had chocolate chip cookies & potato chips.

1 tablespoon of coconut oil has 14 grams of fat. I take a heaping one with a snack or light meal (with meds). I also eat a whole avacado with 2 of my daily med doses (2 avacados). Whole avacado (depending on size) has 25-30 grams of fat. I'm on the trip tx interferon/ribavarin/victrelis and am supposed to consume 20+ grams fat with each dosage of daily meds every day.

Milk was my best friend. But I also ate bagels and cream cheese, hot dogs, lots of nuts, pecan sandies from Keebler, fig newtons, any fast food, etc. if you input Incivek fat in the search button on the blue bar at the top, a few folks have posted some excellent ideas that are much more healthy than mine. It's a wonder I didn't fade away. Alan
