I took mine with my evening meal ~ 6 pm. I also avoided an extra snack, too. I did not have much of a problem falling asleep ~ 11 pm, but did have some problems going back to sleep when I'd wake up in the middle of the night, mainly for a bathroom run. Chills were always there. It became necessary most of the time to have my own sleeping and nap area away from ceiling fans with total control of the blankets. Get on the itching quickly with a good soap and moisterizer.

Take my 2nd riba @3pm if I can. I seem to sleep better when I take it earlier.

You are allowed to move that second ribavirin dose up into the afternoon if you want to. I always did mine with the second Incivek dose, at 2PM. This was on advice from the Genentech lady. That may be a little extreme for you, since I know you have so far done a much better job of balancing the schedule. But it is something to consider. But all in all I would say you are rocking this thing. Alan

What time are you taking your 2nd dose of ribavirin, Ken?  Some people find that taking it late in the evening makes sleeping difficult.

Good luck with your 2nd shot, keep us posted.  smile

All best, Jill xx
