Had an ultra sound-nothing other than a small cyst near the porta-which has been there for awhile.

I am experiencing some discomfort to my right side. The pain is getting more frequent and severe.  The doctor referred to it as right upper quadrant pain.  He suggested that I educate myself about Tramadol, as this would be one of the safest painkillers to take for taking the edge off once in awhile.

Any thoughts or alternative suggestions-need to get some sleepsmile
