There is life after incivek. For me, three days post-incivek the buttburn was gone and life really gets better then. Three weeks post-incivek we loaded up the truck and took a 300 mile drive to the Palo Duro Canyon for the weekend. Three weeks earlier that would have been unimaginable, still not 100%, but am 100% better than when on incivek.

I have 6 more days left on telapriver, reading these posts is very encouraging. It has been 3 months of sitting around, unable to do nearly anything. my worst effect is extreme fatigue. I think i'm feeling a little better already, just knowing this part is almost done.  have been undetectable at 4 and 8 wks.

Joanneh, I have developed a nasty cough as well, thought I read maybe on here that it was caused from the Riba, is there any truth to that?

Well said. Looking back on it, losing the timer was the best thing about finishing Invivek.  alan

So it's been 6 days since my last dose of Incivek, and I feel amazing! I feel human again, did my 13th injection last night and had zero side effects. My eyes feel open, everything seems brighter, and the best part..... already lost 5 lbs of the 20 lbs I gained on Incivek. I can wake up and eat a peach ( when I want to, without a timer!) instead of eggs and peanut butter! I'm even getting color back in my skin again. So to everybody still struggling through the Incivek nightmare, just hang in there because life does get so much better afterwards!!!smile
