Robin,

The lab. result you posted is for the M2 AntiMitochrondrial Antibody. This is one of the Autoimmune-antibodies, and may be elevated in some chronic diseases. It is not particularly relevant for HCV, and in any case, yours is normal.

I can get all my test results online and dont have to wait but at the sametime I dont get to talk to a person and get answers so what does this test mean...AMA-M2 EP (MIT3) IgG Autoabs and

I have no idea what it means. I love this forum for support, but when I have specific medical questions that I want to ask before I see my doctor I use this other forum that has a nurse who works with Hep C cases. I am assuming it is alright to post this link to another forum. If not, I apologize (and if you let me know not to do it again, I won't). Here is the link:

Genotype 3.  Treatment started on 1/11/2013 with Ribavirin and Pegatron.  Week 4 UND.  Week 12 UND.  Ended treatment on 6/28/2013.  Six months post treatment 12/04/2013 SVR.
