Svr means your liver heals?

Can someone post a link to studies that svr means no more damage to your liver. I can't find anything. And also I know this has been asked before but I'd like to know the most recent info. After svr do you have to disclose your diagnosis anymore? I read somewhere that there is still very small amounts of virus in your blood. Do they have studies proving that you no longer can transmit it after you svr?
