Very good for you on the UND!

I know how much energy it takes to play out a whole night, carry equipment, all that, and I think it's amazing that you're still doing that at all during treatment. My band broke up quite a while before I started treatment, but I haven't even begun to look for a new band, not until I think I can at least stand for 4 hours, which is right now impossible.  But I think if I was playing again, it would improve my mood considerably.

So again, very good for you. :)

Congrats on the UND result, Brian, very good to hear this!   

I am so impressed that you`re still getting out 3 nights a week to sing and play in your band, and actually I bet it keeps you going!  Music is so therapeutic and feeds our souls!  Happy St Pat`s to you too!  smile

That's great news!! It gives me hope as I was detected at week 4 also. I'll take the additional  Time for an und. also!

Happy to report my non detectabl 24 wk. status. I really feel I can go the whole 23 wks. more at this point. I have just a little ache after the shot but Advil helps. I don't even remember what to feel normal feels like at this point.

I still have been playing out 3 nights a week as of  January. I sing and play banjo / guitar in a rowdy Irish pub band for the past 20 yrs. in the Boston area.

Wow very good news, I am more impressed that you are still gigging three nights a week.

Also a former gigging musician and know the grind it can take. Your experience gives all us cirrhotics hope, why?  Because it can, but not always take longer for the body and liver to clear all the remnants of the HCV for us who are cirrhotic.

So keep on keeping on brother.
