That's great news. Good idea to get in a rhythm. I'm only on day 3 and it's easy to get mixed up. I downloaded an app to my phone and entered everything so it sounds an alarm when it's time. lol

So far just tired and achy. A little pain in the liver area but that went away. I felt good this morning and worked in the yard. I think I over did it because I had tremors in my left arm for a while afterwards.

Stay in touch and let us know when you start.

My wife had prepared a room for me to disappear too when I feel like being alone. A TV, Recliner, Blanket. I've already used it. lol

Good luck.

Ted

Just got told today that my insurance approved my treatment! Waiting on mess to be delivered..... Start date June 2! We will have to compare notes on how treatment is going. I have been trying to prep for it the past few months, taking vitamins and eating at med time. Can't wait to start so that the end will be in sight!

keep in touch and stay strong!

Thanks Guys, The sx today were up and down. Mainly tired and achy. Just feeling a little worthless. I worked a half day. I'll be changing my schedule to have Fri / Sat off. That'll be better I think.

I had a VL that came back as 14M-6 months before treatment and one at 2M as a baseline right as I started treatment . I dont know what I could have done to make it that much better. Never know about who's working the lab that day Maybe they added a zero ;)

Hi Ted hope you gonna have lite sx from triple!

when i have started i was for a month on Thu, then i slowly moved it (fwd 6hrs each week) to Saturday night. Cause of the last 4 day pause i had, now i am again moving it from Wed-Sat slowly. Found out it's best either Friday/Sat nite to take so i can have Mon-Fri workable...

cheers

Thanks for the encouragement. I am very optimistic and determined.

Thanks for the info Mallani. I'll see what I can find out.

Great to hear that you worked all the way through Jime. Hope I can too.

When do you start Nurschic? We'll have to stay in touch and compare notes.

Thanks to all

Ted

Hi Ted,

24M is regarded as a High Viral Load. It doesn't seem to make a lot of difference, but the low VL's are said to have a better chance of SVR. We haven't found that on the Forum. Cheers.

Welcome Ted.

FYI I worked 6 days a week while on triple tx.  It affects everybody differently. Hopefully you will be ok for work too.

Good luck!

HI

My boss is letting me change my work schedule if I need to. The doc wanted it on Thursday, so I can comply. lol

Biopsy came back with nothing but the HEP C.

My Viral load was 24million. I'm not sure what to do with that information. Any insight?

Ted

Hi Ted,

Welcome to treatment. Did you finally get your biopsy results?

If you work Monday- Friday it may be useful to do the Peg. injection on Friday night, depending on your symptoms. You can change from Thurs. to Fri. next week, then keep it constant. Good luck.

I just started the triple therapy tonight. I'm as ready as I can get. Anyone else doing the Peg on Thursday?

My doc wanted me to do it on Thursday because I see him on Thursday mornings. My preference was Friday, but oh well. Let the journey begin!
