Hello! I too am sorry you're having a bad go of it this week. I honestly don't know how you can tolerate 12 hour shifts. How do you? If you don't mind, what type of profession are you in? That would be tough regardless of what your occupation is! If I had some extra energy I'd be sending it your way, perhaps if I just wish you >>>energy<<< it will help!! :) 

I see a couple of things that I question. First you're a GT 1a and second, you're only going to complete a 24 week regimen. Has your doc said why you're only going with the 24 week regimen, especially after your VL returned once? I'm starting my 5th week of triple therapy, will start the Victrelis this coming Thursday. My doc said that he places all of his 1a patients on the 48 week regimen immediately because he feels the 24 week course less effective overall. After the sx I've had already, the thought of what's coming on Thursday when I start the third med isn't particularly inviting. I've started having some nausea and vomiting following the injection day (for two days) and a terrible sore throat with plenty of exhaustion thrown in. Seems each week the sx get worse as well as increase in type. I'm happy to have the opportunity to try this therapy, no question about it. But I wonder sometimes when I read the stories from the folks on the ION therapies going UND in a week and experiencing few symptoms at all, very attractive. I read that they're getting 95% success rates with that stuff! But who knows now with the way our medical treatment is heading if we'll even get the chance. That's why I'm choosing to go through with the sx of triple therapy. Good luck to all of us!
