Hi Karen! Hey I was going over my posts and wanted to ask you how the sores in your mouth are? I still have some minor soreness but the mouthwash made an almost immediate immediate improvement in my oral health. If you're still having those issues I strongly recommend you try the MM! It's a blessing in a bottle! (Thanks Kellie)

Interesting to find this post.  I called my study nurse "today" because I have sores in my mouth and she suggested "magic mouthwash" which i had never heard of....Been using warm sal****er..which is soothing but eating is a problem.  Nurse stated that my treatment (gilead) is not known to cause mouth issues..sure wish I knew what the heck brought this on...ouch!

wow tig, I had no idea the MM was so expensive. Actually I got the idea of MM from 12stepguy. (thank you 12 step dude!)
I really hope you find some relief. I'm still using the acv. Possibly your case went on a bit longer before you caught it. I forgot, are you on the boceprevir?

I also take Jarrow Dophilus EPS probiotics 2 caps x 3 a day. Do your research on this stuff too. Great for the immune system.

The usual dose is 1 to 2 a day. I've been powering down 6 and it seems to be working. I'm an old timey vitamin clerk from the old timey ma & pa health food stores. My dad had me reading "Back to Eden" when I was 7...lol...best to you for getting through this surrounded with people who care. We do! Sending good energy your way!

I was recommended a product here called "Magic Mouthwash" by another kind member, Kellie. I was suffering from a very sore throat and Kellie's impression of thrush was correct. It looked and felt just like strep throat, very painful and difficult to swallow at all. Anyway, the mouthwash is a combination of Benadryl, lidocaine and Nystatin. It is helping, although today is day 1 with it. I was using Cepacol numbing spray and lozenges. I was also told to try unsweetened Yogurt, which also made improvements.

With that story behind us, I'm curious if anyone else tried this and what you paid for 240 ml? I paid a whopping $79.00 for it. My daughter who lives out of state and can't make it for me, (she works in a compounding pharmacy), said they charge $30.00 for 480 ml. So if you should experience similar problems, suggest this to your doctor and beware of this potential abuse from the pharmacy! Turned out that my insurance doesn't cover prescriptions through compounding pharmacies. Buyer beware!!

I want to add that there are no less than 10 recipes I've found so far, some you can make yourself. Who knows it may be enough to relieve some discomfort! Be sure to check online for some good info on this wonderful oral swish!
