Wow Karen thats incouraging to hear of SVR a year later from triple tx. Hope I'm SVR and  skinny as the tx has helped with even though not like a rail ;) one year after tx

GT 1a Started triple tx with Incivek, Pegasys, and Riba 2-6-2013. UND at 4,6,12,23,& 24 wks EOT 7-26-2013. Probably had Hep C for 20-30 years. Don't really know when I got it.

Hey guys, Just dropped by. I remember when it was me sludging past that 40 week mark. Dang. It's tough. Can you hear the cheers from the bleachers? I'm shouting out that SVR is just around the corner!
Keep it steady! 1 year past the triple and still SVR. Skinny as a rail. Never gained it all back.

I did my 42 needle on Monday after blood work.  Not doing the Victrellis and I seem to be bouncing back so hang in there.  lost 58 lbs and gained 2 over the last two weeks, My wife walked out 20 days ago and I had to fight to keep on treatment Yes I have around 52 more days and I never want to go through this again, on the other hand I would never have got to meet so pretty loving and caring people on this form.  Hang in there we can do it

I have been so ill from this treatment, just like the other 2 times but it seems worse this time around. I getting older I guess. I was un detectable at week 12and 24. I seem to have most of the skin and the worst flu like symptoms, They have me injecting Epox to bring my red blood cells up every week as well. The side effects from the Epox is Flu like symptoms as well. I could have never done this program without help, home care, owning my house  and a wonderful spouse that has stood by me all 3 treatments since 99. I have lost 40 lbs. but am sill able to eat most days with the help of MM and a wife that makes me ant thing I ask for, within reason,. Home care drops in at 11 am and will make me a simple meal. I have a lot of really good health care pros helping me along the way. Good luck to all of you and I hope you can make it through the 48 weeks of hell fire and brimstone coming your way,
