Oh thank goodness your meds arrived! whew that was a close call.

I had a close call once but now I order them a week in advance, as it takes 2 days to arrive here in the valley. Weird how they don't stock the stuff.

Happened to me once, got my Peg a day late. From then on had nurse call them in a week early. Never had another issue. Freaked me right out.

58 yo..Relapsed in 99 and again in 2004. Started triple therapy with Victrelis July 22,2012.  genotype 1a. week 8,12,16,24 VL Undetectable..E.O.T -- 6-22-2013,,,EOT + 24., UND. 

SVR !!!

THEY CAME!  I waited 4 hours....so stressful...trust me this will NOT happen again, I will make sure of it and have the pharm deliver 2-3 days prior.  And I plan to ask my doc about if he has a backup for me.

Thank you everyone!!  I am taking a big deep breath!

 geno 1, started peg and riba 7/5/13, now 29th day is vicrellis ***tonib VL started 6 million, after 5 weeks 374,000, after 8 weeks 150,000....the big test for VL is 9/27 at 12 weeks  TAKEN OFF THERAPY JUST NOT WORKING FOR ME...12 WEEKS STILL HAVE 9000 VL

I`ve seen other people saying that too, that their doctor`s office has been able to help them out with some spare meds in an emergency.  If they don`t turn up today hopefully they`ll appear tomorrow morning.

Keep us posted, Tonib...and try not to panic, I`m sure it will all turn out ok!

Back up plan:
Call your doctors office ask if they have extra
Medicine you can use.
Also I had my medicine delivered 2-3 earlier than a tusl date to
Rest my nerves.
My doctor office had extra med just in case.
Let me know....so stressful!

Hey tonib. Please tell us your meds showed up.

I had a close call last month switching over from the fantastic pharmacy my doctor works (they still call to check how I'm feeling and any sx) to the "specialty pharmacy" my insurance makes me use.

Any way, supposed to be delivered by noon, showed up at 3:30pm.

Call your nurse or doc if the meds don't make it and you may miss a dose. Hope all is well.

I have called the pharmacy yesterday and they said it was shipped out and I should receive it today by noon,  Well its almost 2pm and I am sort of freaking out here...I do not have any meds for tomorrow..So I called the pharm again and I get voice mail..........hmm

 

I can't imagine after 9 weeks and now things getting messed up over this....I am STRESSING!!
