Mercury fillings

Hi folks, ...I had some dental work 2 days ago, they removed a real old filling, (with mercury) prepping for a crown. I asked for a dental dam and he said it wasn't necessary. Yesterday and today I feel like crap, think it is related?

Not sure if feeling like crap is related to yesterdays mercury experience.  However, I never let the dentist work without a dental dam if he is working with an old mercury filling... Last time my dentist fought me on this one, I just asked him if he knew what profession claims to have the most suicides and highest depression rate....he put the dam on with no more disagreement.  Iris, lay the law down next time and insist...It is your body!
