That's going to happen and best thing is to try and distance yourself from the irritant. If this is the first of it for you, consider yourself lucky! Sounds to me like you've got a good grip on things, keep it up!

Thanks everyone.  I am doing well as far as sx go, but I know I need to relax and realize the weakness is by far the best sx I could have.smile

Friday at work, the Riba Rage finally kicked in "big time".  I totally lost it.....Not good, but all will be fine.hmm

Hi Sarah, it's nice to talk to you again! Don't for a second feel bad about taking it easy on the weekend. You're working 5 days a week,, many people have trouble working at all. So give yourself credit when it's due and it is! I'm in week 26, so I know how you feel. Some days are better than others, appreciate them and use the good days to rest for the bad ones. Seriously, in 6 months you'll be done with this and you'll have your whole life ahead of you. Take this time to recognize the importance of taking life easy, take care of your diet needs, get all the rest you can fit into your already busy schedule and just agree to get through treatment. Don't let guilt be part of your life right now (or ever).

If work isn't enough to satisfy your need for exercise, do something like taking a short walk. If you have access to a pool, water exercise, walking, short laps etc., are excellent and it doesn't drain you or bother your joints like other forms of exercise will. Get a big rubber band and try some resistance exercises in your chair. There are You Tube videos that can show you how. Best thing is it can be done on your schedule, at home. Hang in there, you're doing great!

Am on infer/Riba 24 wks.  Geno 3. Friday nights I take my interferon injection but Saturdays and most of Sunday I lay around and do nothing.  I feel weak and tired, but at the same time so guilty about not doing anything.  Just finished injection #9 of 24 yesterday.  Is there something I should be doing so that by the end of week 24 I am not a weakling?  I work 5 days a week and sometimes work is actually physical work so I feel like I am getting exercise,  but have trouble with steps, always.  Any suggestions?  I am 54, but have always been a fast worker, walker and very strong.  I feel like my body is deteriorating.
