Hey all

Thought this was a easily understandable article from Liver International ISSN about the current DAA's that will be coming to market in the next year.

Remembering all the DAA's and what part of the protein they inhibit (whether they are a NS5a or NS5b , NS3, etc) is always confusing. This article helps  a lot and give trials results that have been disclosed before but in one read.

Here is a small excerpt :

Viral replication cycle and targets for drug development

The HCV replication cycle begins with virion attach- ment to its specific receptor. The HCV RNA genome serves as a template for viral replication and as a viral messenger RNA for viral production. It is translated into a polyprotein that is cleaved by proteases followed by viral assembly.

Follow this link to read.  Once there then scroll down to abstract and then on bottom right hit (get PDF )
