You must have finished by now.  Did you have any side effects from the treatment and if so how severe.  I am 10 days finished and had anemia and it caused shortness of breath and fatigue.

Congrats Angie,

I am on day 26 of the new tx and on day 18 had a VL of less then 15.

Really no sx to warn you about.  As Tig tells everyone, stay hydrayted, drink lots of water.

Wishing you success.

Hi Angie, that`s great news, you must be so relieved to have a start date at last!

Wishing you all the best of luck, and this time round you`ll have Sovaldi in the mix!  smile

I have been trying to start treatment since July and today I finally got a start date of 2/14. I go in that morning to begin triple TX with sovaldi for 12 weeks. I am kind of glad that things got pushed back when they did because now I get to start the new stuff. Anyone else doing the triple tx with this?  I am excited to start this journey because I am feeling pretty optimistic about it. Even if it doesn't work, I know that there are more and more treatments on the way that are promising for us all. Hopefully,  we are seeing the beginning of the end of hep C.

Angie, Good luck let us know how it goes. And you are right, hopefully hep c is on its way out. I am amazed how fast new treatments are coming out.
