Hello M-o-M, it`s good to hear from you again!

I`m very pleased to hear your experience of using this forum has been so good, and I agree with you that our members are most supportive and empathetic, and that`s how it should be.  When people come to us for help, support or advice they can be sure they will be made very welcome here and we will always treat them with patience and kindness.

Thank-you for your feedback, and please do keep in touch and let us know how things are going for you!  ~ Jill

I am posting after quite some time. But I have to say this. This site is outstanding in terms of the support that it gives to Hep c patients.

I have been to other such forums. While, all of them offer information, sometimes the empathy is missing. People who are diagnosed with Hep C have a lot of questions. Many of them ask the same question repetitively. Its important that the old members of the forum stay patient with the newly diagnosed

I have seen old members on other sites giving curt replies.

The support that I and others have received on this site has been very uplifting. Please keep up the good work.
