Ya know Taz, I hate to guarantee anything, so how bout I say this; You should probably start figuring out where you want to put the tree and who's coming to the party! I believe your chances for having a "great" Christmas have never been better! Santa told me so.... biggrin

Hi LT,

Hooray!!! I'm so happy to hear that you've made it through tx and all signs are looking good. I'm surprised at how fast everyone is getting through treatment and doing it with such high rates of success. Seems like we just get the notice that a person has started and all of a sudden we hear that it's over! The problems are rarely discussed and less than a year ago, that's what we spent a lot of time talking about. I'm finding myself doing more congratulating successes, than explaining how to deal with negative side effects. That's a wonderful realization indeed, yeah!! Congrats

Hi LT, what great news, congrats!  How fantastic that things are working out so well for you and your family after so much worry at the beginning, and no wonder you`re feeling relieved!  Really pleased for you!  smile

It`s early days yet as far as the fatigue goes but it sounds like you`re recovering well for so soon after tx.

Onwards to SVR!!

Ps - Love your photos, how wonderful to see those eagles, and thanks for sharing them with us!

Yes I am undetectable after the 12 week treatment.

There is one more blood test in 12 weeks, and if that one is UND, I will have achieved SVR.

My hepatic function panel came back normal as well.

Congratulations! Did I understand correctly that this is your test immediately following treatment or 12 weeks after treatment? If the latter, congrats on the SVR. If the former, best of luck to you on staying UND till you get to the SVR finish line.

My Viral Load at end of treatment is undetectable.

I am feeling very relieved right now!

It has been a week off of the medications.   I am feeling better, but  still have had some of the fatigue, and the rash on my hands came back.  It looks better today, and hopefully with time as the medication works its way out of my system the symptoms will go away.

There were 2 eagles across the street from my house, in a cow pasture.  I've only seen them in the wild a few times in my life, so seeing 2 at once was quite a treat.  I am hoping they are a breeding pair nesting close by.  Hopefully we will see them again!
