Taz,

Those red dots when connected will say S-V-R, woot!!!!  Hang in there young lady, there are days and weeks that it seems like it will never end, but it will. Just look at it this way, you'll never be bored if each day offers you a new side effect!! Consider it a new game show and you're the contestant and your new hep free liver is the prize!!! I'm sorry about your eye too. I had a bad time with my eyes too, but I had more trouble with dry eye than anything else. They still burn some and I still use a non medicated eye lubricant. It helps a lot and you can use all you want without worry. So I'd try it if you haven't. You're doing great, just sit down and buckle up, the ride is a wild one, but it does end and you've done really well so far. Stay positive, and remember we're here for you no matter how bad it gets, no matter how much complaining it takes. Let us know how the Zofran works, it should help. Make sure you take advantage of it and get something to eat and don't forget to hydrate!!!!!

Taz,

For your information, red spots on the face do not happen at 75.  That is what happens when one is a teenager--so you must really look about 13 or 14.   LOL

Hope you are feeling better soon.

SuziQ   age 79

I second that!  I couldn't even believe how fast and well that stuff worked.  You don't even swallow it; you place it under your tongue and it dissolves. You start to feel better right away. It tastes kinda like oranges if I recall correctly.  It does have a sx of headaches, which I naturally got, but it was worth it to keep the meds down and get rid of the nausea.

Don't want to regurgitate a Sovaldi.  That is a one thousand dollar barf.  lol

Hey Taz,

How are you feeling this afternoon? If it continues and the usual over the counter remedies don't work, ask your doctor for some Zofran. I think it's the best anti nausea medication known to mankind! I had some severe nausea and vomiting on treatment and they prescribed that and it worked really fast when needed. Thankfully the N/V didn't last the entire time but when it did, this stuff really saved me. If you ask for it, ask for the generic, Ondansetron. Hang in there!
