Hi Anna,

Here's an interesting article and I'd like you to read it. Make sure you're not drinking too much water, it can hurt as well as help.

Hi Anna. I'm on day 4 of sol/oly/riba and I had a headache once a couple nights ago. It was after a little stress with work. I took some ibuprofen too and it fixed it right up. Another thing I noticed is the longer I go without drinking water the worse I feel. Sometimes I forget when I'm busy with work till I start feeling bad and then I remember.

Congratulations anna for getting started.  Headaches as you know are common.  My doc told me to take ibuprofen.  Your doc may feel differently.  It's good that you would consult with them before taking any other meds.  Hope to hear good news with your treatment.  Be well

Today is day 5 of Siol/Riba and the headache has started.  First 4 days were easy breezy.   Also feeling a bit tired but that could be the nagging headache.  Drinking tons of war almost 1 gal per day.   Hopefully it will pass.  My Drs nurse is off today so couldn't call to see if I could take anything.
