Hi Ricky, installment loans are a good idea. I also downloaded a widget called Days Left so I know exactly how many days I have left on treatment.

Thank God for reminders.  smile  I have one called Life Reminders I use for miscellaneous events, but for some reason, I wanted a separate app just for meds.  

 

So what free smart phone medicine reminder apps do you all use?

 I don't have a smart phone but I do have a multiple alarm function on my regular cell phone that is my main reminder. I've been on Tx for 12 weeks and have 12 more to go and so far I have a perfect record of taking meds on time. I have other reminders such as alarm clocks, notes in places that I visit daily, and other stuff but I take 21 pills a day at 9am,3pm and 9pm, and I owe my perfect compliance record mainly to my phone.

There are several excellent apps available and they can provide great assistance for the brain fogged individual! Fortunately with the new protocols and a single dose per day, is going to be far easier than the recent days of high pill burdens and multiple dose times. It's vitally important to set a schedule and stick to it, so anything like this that can help you remember is quite valuable!

While I was thinking about starting treatment last night, and what I could do to make sure I took my meds, I got to thinking - hmm, I wonder if there is a free good medication reminder app out there?  I downloaded one called Medisafe for my android phone, and it's pretty cool.  You can enter times, dosages, and pick a picture of the pills and it shows them in a circular pill box.  It seems nifty. 

Does anyone else use these, and if so what ones do you like?
