Just got word I am approved!!!!! Pennsylvania high mark blue cross!!! So very excited, apprehensive, and prayerful! Will be starting soon. Meet with doctor tomorrow for details!

62 year old female      1a, f1-2, had virus 40 years   STARTED HARVONI for 8 weeks 11/19/14, relapsed one month after tx  ended in 1/15.  Fibrosis level was only .5 after fibroscan 12/15. Began treatment with Mavyret on January 20, 2018 for 16 weeks!  Ending May 12.

Dr. Has ordered. Nervously awaiting I's dotted and T's crossed for approval and delivery and etc. anxiously envisioning the next 3 to 4 months and pray SVR 12 after. Whew!!! Kinda hard to fathom all the possibilities. Will keep all advised. Pamigo

Geno 1a, 30+ yrs, Non-Responder 3 times intron/ribo TX in 90s and 00s. Triple Incevik on 2/9/12. ~stopped treatment due to side effects. Started Harvoni 11-18-14 VL @ 6.8m reduced to 70 @ wk 2..so far so good. 4 wk Undected! whew! SVR 4, 3/23/15

Undetected at week 2 on solvaldi/rib/interferon:  stayed through week 12 but virus came back as soon as I stopped.  on   Harvoni and ribravirin 24 weeks undetected after two. 8/2/15  12 week EOT  UNDETECTED!  SVR
