Hi Joe,

Great to hear from you again. The SVR was never in doubt with your early RVR and the 48 weeks of Victrelis triple must now be a distant memory.

Your platelets remain low and the AST is still up a bit. They should gradually improve.

Remember there's still a risk (much reduced) of HCC, so consider 6 monthly screening for this. Ask your doc for a liver Ultrasound.

Your portal hypertension should settle down and hopefully you will get significant fibrosis resolution. Enjoy life mate. cheers.

Congratulations. I still have about one month left until I find out. I see my PCP next week so I will get news then on my vl but I see the specialist the first week of December to get the official news. I am getting very nervous. Next week I could get good news or I may get bad news. Either way, I'm gonna deal with whatever happens. I am so happy for you and hope to make a similar post soon. Enjoy your new life.
