Wow. such great news. I look back & I am remembering being right where you are. It seems so long ago, but yet it was only a few short months ago. The stress, the being anxious, the no strength, the crap period. BUT.... it IS all worth it. I sometimes thought i just can't do this again (4th try). BUt I DID..

& Congrats to everybody that is getting this success. YAY

And our past SVR's.. Yay

So nice to "see" you, Taz!  How are you feeling? And yes it does seem like a long time ago. Hope you are doing well.

Thanks for the good words everyone. I am still amazed at how quickly those AST and ALT numbers came down. Hoping for another amazement from my viral load test on the 22nd.

Hey you guys........we are doing this and beating that old HCV dragon.

I was really surprised when my AST/ALT levels dropped almost as fast as the VL when I started S/O. I'm not a stomach sleeper, but I no longer have any discomfort just below my right side rib cage.

Great meds foster great news! Hope everyone's VL gets to UND shortly! A good present to have during the holiday season!

Mugsy,

That is great news!   I am (in)patiently waiting for my 4 week results (viral load).  Was drawn  Dec 5.

Seeing those 'normal' numbers is the greatest feeling in the world!

Hey Mugsy

That is a good sign that your body is responding to the meds well, keep up the progress and all your LFT's will come down in the twenties or less in a few more weeks.

Feeling that difference is wonderful and gives great hope, enjoy the new energy and keep up your healthy habits.

          12/8/14          10/14/2014

AST            35                 178

ALT            49                  175

Alk Phos   113                 159

My ALT and AST levels have been over 100 since 2000        I cannot believe this inflammation has dropped this much in just two weeks!  No wonder it feels so good to be able to sleep on my stomach again.

Thank you Harvoni.   Now to see the viral load due on the 22nd.
