The Specialty Pharmacy approved me for 12 weeks but my doc only prescribed 8 weeks. I guess if there's no response by 8 weeks they won't want to continue for 12.  I'll be tested next week at 4 weeks and if there is any response I'm going to lobby for 12 weeks.  The trials showed good response rates for 8 weeks but the success for 12 weeks was a little better.

4 wks after EOT, VL = UND; normal AST/ALT at 4, 8 and 14 weeks after EOT.  15 weeks after EOT = Undetectable!
