Hi Nicole,

The waiting will be over soon enough. It's the hardest part sometimes, but you got this girl! Be positive and as Rob said, you've done your best. You didn't make it this far to fail, so put that out of your mind. If I have to break out my old Magic 8 Ball to confirm it I will! Seriously, if you made it this far undetected, it would be against the odds that it will be otherwise. Rest easy tonight and share the good news with us when you get it!!!

Right before my SVR 12 test, a very wise man in this forum told me "just know you did everything you could to be successful. It's now up to the meds to do their part. You have every reason to be confident about your results."

He was so right but it's a very anxious time, indeed! Even SVR 24 was difficult for me. Lol- good luck and keep us posted. My fingers are crossed for you.

Stress and anxiety are such monsters in how they eat at us. Literally at times. Your odds are so good Nicole but I totally understand the worry. I haven't even reached SVR 12 yet and so am in the same place emotionally. For me, if I get SVR 12 then I will feel home free. Until it comes time for the SVR 24 test.  smile

Good luck to you!!!

Good morning everyone,

I totally understand how you feel Nicole. Try to stay positive. My 12week post S /O tx is on the 16th. So far UD. Last test was at 4 week post tx. When I see someone relapse, my heart skips a beat. We do have such high odds that we will reach SVR. Best wishes on your next test...Sunrise

Hi Nicole,

I experienced the same liver sensation you're describing and had your exact thoughts going through my head two weeks ago at SVR 24. Like others have said, SVR 12 is the hard part and you're past that now.

Try not to sweat it and remember there are many doctors that aren't up to speed on these new protocols. Success is in your future!

I know how you feel. I went for my EOT+24 in Jan. Every little thing that would normally go unnoticed will keep you second guessing. After 12 weeks you pretty much got this.

Best wishes for you and your EOT+24.

Hi Nicole, it sounds to me as though you`ve got this in the bag after being UND all the way through and up to 12 weeks post tx.  As Tig said, it`s very rare to relapse once you`ve got past that point.

I can understand you being concerned after your previous bad experience, and it`s an anxious time for everyone while waiting for results, but try not to worry.

Looking forward to hearing good news from you soon...all the best of luck!

Hi Nicole,

If you were undetected at EOT+12 weeks, it is now considered a viable SVR. I would be confident that your +24 week VL will be undetected. The probability of relapse is 1% or less after an SVR 12. That is said to be the rate of relapse forever following SVR. Reports say the longer you stay SVR the lower it goes. Good luck!

Next month I go for my 24 weeks post eot labs to determine if I'm svr or not.  Now I have that familiar ache in my liver.  Not as bad as it used to be. Maybe im.just eating poorly.  Anyway.  Now I'm anxious.   Wondering why she wouldn't consider me svr @ 12 weeks and if it's a sign it's back that my liver aches.
