Thank you everyone! Yes, my doctor is very confident that Harvoni is the miracle that we have been waiting for, and that is why when it finally hit the market he said it's time to treat! smile  I'm staying positive, and my blood work results were a great boost to keep me in that mind set!  Much more than I had expected! I have been lucky in that I've managed to remain fairly healthy for the 30+ years that I've no doubt had hep c...but having such a quick response is absolutely amazing to me. I hope we are finally seeing an end to this disease!

Hi Debbie, I thought I was the only one who get's a blood test after two weeks once I get started. I will be on Vikera-Pac. I guess the Doc's are very confident. I also have a low VL. Thanks for shareing this. I was a little bewildered over the 2 week blood test.

WOW! UDT at two weeks is awesome! I go for my first labs (4 weeks) tomorrow. I'm both excited and nervous to see the results.

Congratulations. Wow, UND at two weeks. Harvoni is certainly working well for you. Glad side effects have stopped. Enjoy the train you're on.

Hey Debbie,

Woot! That's great news. I didn't get a chance to welcome you to the forum, I'm glad you're here. Your numbers are excellent and what can I say about your first undetected result but hooray for this protocol! Keep up the good job and positive attitude! Good luck...

I just got back from seeing my doctor.  The bloodwork results from last Friday, which was the end of my second week on Havoni,  showed that I am already non detectable.  biggrin  ALT / AST has dropped to 15 / 19!  I have never, ever seen then so low.  And the best is that all of the mild side effects I was feeling in my first week such as headaches and fatigue are virtually gone!
