Hi Alan,

You can't get any better news while on tx! You're almost to EOT and I expect you'll see SVR in your future!

Continued good luck and keep us posted.

Hey Alan

Congrats on your Labs, with only 2.5 weeks to go my advice if possible would be to move your blood and raise your pulse rate after you dose to reach all the far reaches of where your blood goes. Harvoni highest concentration occurs the first 1-4 hours.

Gilead's data reads "Sofosbuvir is absorbed quickly and the peak median plasma concentration was observed ~ 0.8 to 1 hour post-dose. Median peak plasma concentration of GS-331007 was observed between 3.5 to 4 hours post-dose."

 Hoping all goes well

matt

Hi Alan,

Thats excellent news and I'm thrilled you have done so well. All of your numbers are very good, especially the one that no longer exists, your viral load! Well done! Keep us updated on all the good news ahead of you. I'm sure these reports are a sign of continued success! Good luck...

Had my blood drawn Friday and got the good news just a bit ago after being detectable unquantifiable <20 at 4 weeks.  I cannot say how happy and relieved I am.

From Doc - Lab looks stable. Kidney and liver function tests are within normal limit

Your treatment week 8 viral load is undetectable
